We will work with you to arrange for an exchange, repair, or a full refund at our expense.

For Non-Defective Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., if you change your mind, or if the product doesn’t fit because incorrect vehicle information was provided by you). Please double-check your vehicle’s details and our product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Since our roof racks are custom-made specifically for your vehicle, production begins after your order is confirmed. Generally, orders are shipped within 2 days after confirmation. If there are any unforeseen delays in production or sourcing of specific materials, we’ll notify you promptly.
